The Hewes PTA is happy to announce our ALL grade level dance lineup for the 2018-2019 school year!
“Cirque” the first dance of two, will take place on Friday September 28th from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM in the Hewes Events Center. ALL students wishing to attend must hold a 2.0 grade average or higher. To attend the dance, students MUST have a completed PTA Participation Waiver on file, as well (only one is needed for the year).
Online ticket sales are now available and will run until September 26. No tickets will be sold at the door. Wristband distribution will take place Monday, September 24th through Wednesday, September 26th at lunch in the quad. Tickets may also be purchased at this time. Ticket sales/ wristband distribution will also be available Wednesday, September 26 before and after school. All ticket sales will close at 3:30 on September 26.
If you donated $250 or more, your student will automatically be placed on the guest list! No need to purchase a ticket— just make sure you have filled out the online participation waiver.
Ticket cost is $7.00 per student for one dance or $12 per student for both dances. Ticket price includes: Popcorn, Water, Punch, Music, Games, Entertainment. Other Food and drink items will be for sale night of dance. PLEASE be sure to send your student with a small amount of CASH for additional treats. NOTHING WILL BE PRICED OVER $4.
Our next all-grade level dance will take place on February 22. More details to follow.
Wristband Information: Tickets purchased online, on campus, or included with the $250+ donation to the Highlander Club Fall Fundraiser will have students put on a “Guest List” and these students will need to get a wristband. Starting Monday, September 24-26, students may come to the dance table at lunch to have a wristband put on them. Once the wristband is put on, it may not be taken off until in the dance! Please make sure your child is aware of this!
